Iraq-Iran War Showcase :) Just a few interesting images I found.
The First Image is of Saddam Himself carrying what appears to be a Model 1898 derived Mauser It's hard to narrow down exactly which derivative it could be but safe bet is on the Iranian Mauser M1310.
The second Image is of Irainian women who were "recruited" into the Basji perviously known as *Sâzmân-e Basij-e Mostaz'afin (*Organization for Mobilization of the Oppressed). The Basji was paramilitary wing of the revolutionary guard. During the iraq-iran war thousands of men, women and children "Joined" To be thrown into human wave assaults and die. They can be seen carrying G3 rifles.
Image number 3 depicts women of The People's Mojahedin of Iran (MEK) sporting type 56 AKs. Interestingly China supplied a great deal of munitions to Iran AND Iraq during the war to the soviet unions chargrin. MEK supported Iraq during the war.
This fourth image depicts another woman of the Basji carrying what appears to be a beretta 92FS designated the Beretta M9 in the USA.
The fifth image depicts a Iranian Prison guards watching as Iraqi prisoners put on a "show" with an image of the Iatollah sitting on his MG42 (designated MGA3 chambered in 7.62 nato )
Our Final image is cheating a little , taken in 2003 to mark celebrations for the anniversary of the wars end Iraninan security forces can be seen with their MP5 copy , The Tondar MPT9.

Picture 7 appears to be Portuguese colonial forces with M/948 smgs???
