It all came back
My skin looks like a blotchy mess. I worked so hard to get rid of my melasma and over the past year I feel like it's all come back. I def have messed Up by not wearing spf every single day. I have done ALL the things, the creams, all the lasers, only thing I haven't done is oral trax. my biggest issue is maintaining consistency with products. I have started to work out because it makes me feel better but I think it has triggered my melasma to get worse (heat) It's like I can only have one or the other, sigh. Has anyone tried clear and brilliant laser? I guess all this to say that I am struggling today and I know this group understands my frustration.
