Kilian’s Express Lube and Kilian’s Auto
May 13, 2026 my dad went to Kilian’s Express Lube for a routine oil change and that is where the drama started. Instead of draining the oil, they drained the transmission fluid and then double filled the oil.
To their credit, they did pay to have the transmission fluid refilled after the mistake was discovered. However, they have stated they will not be responsible for anything beyond today, despite the possibility of future issues caused by driving the vehicle without transmission fluid. They did not realize their error till my dad went back a second time as his vehicle was not running properly. It was then they realized their mistake.
We have genuinely tried to resolve this reasonably with them, but they have been incredibly difficult to deal with throughout the process. I would think twice before trusting them to service your vehicle.
They have treated us like we are at fault for their mistake. No accountability at all, just over all very angry to even have to deal with us.
