Hello (me again, thanks in advance!).

I am trying to find a dress that can be resized well for me... I am generally a UK size 0 (can sometimes wear a 2).

Does this dress look like it would be feasible to alter from a size 4? (probably obvious but these pics are of it on the model and not myself!).
