After I replaced the chain with CN HG701 11. I am getting skipping on torque when I am using smallest cog (only). I ordered Shimano11T (Y1RK11000) and cheap Amazon whip chain tool and lockring adapter. Anyone having similar problem? Do I need any other tool or materials?

My mileage is reaching 3500 miles and my chain is till within 0.5%. I ordered Shimano CN-HG701 11 chain (126 links). I think I have to reduce the link to 119 then add a quick link to get total 120 links for Wabash RT. What tool should I get? Does Park tool CT 3.3 work well with Shimano chain? Amazon has one vendor sell it for $39.50 Any advice is welcome.
