3.5 months post op

i had ACL, ALL reconstruction, and OATS. I’m about 3.5 months post op my leg has been feeling good, i’ve been feeling confident with it and my PT have been saying my progression has been very good. Because i had a quad graft i guess the last couple degrees of extension is a little harder to get so I have to keep working on my front quad strength. But i can even do small jumps now and things have been going great! (Yes i know my room is messy at the moment)

Any help or advice?

i am about a little over 3 months post op of ACL ALL and OATS. My bend is really good and my extension is at like 2-1 degrees, i did have a quad graft but it feels hard to work towards getting to 0. I am already doing a lot of normal stuff like body weight squats, leg press, and some plyometric training as well.

Does anyone else have trouble with getting to straight? or 0 degrees? and does anyone still have pain in their leg when they walk or try to straighten it? i am very curious

side by side knee comparison

4 weeks post op!! Here’s a little side by side comparison!😂 safe to say i definitely will have some battle scars but that’s okay i’m just enjoying the ups and downs through this journey!

at 4 weeks from ACL ALL and OATS i have now been cleared to walk with just the brace only, and i have been doing a lot of my pt with my brace off! I am beyond blessed and I hope and pray everyone recovery goes well

Surgery update almost 4 weeks out!

4/30/26 I got my surgery ACL, ALL, OATS.

around the 3 week mark i’ve been holding up rly good because im in rly good shape, they had cleared me to go to 1 crutch!! I have also been able to do a lot of my therapy with my brace unlocked and was even able to do my leg lifts and stuff without my brace today!

This journey is not easy and it’s still very much getting started im looking forward to all the ups and downs. I believe right now my leg can rest pretty straight and my bend is around 90 degrees right now. Is this pretty solid for only being a few weeks out?

Also if anyone is wondering how they surgery goes, i got my quad graft I HIGHLY recommend my knee feels better then how i felt when i got hurt it’s just stiff. I cannot wait to keep working and improving!!

Day 4 post op of ACL (quad graft) ALL reconstruction, and OATS. My doctors said i can weight bear as tolerable as long as my brace is locked with crutches. I’m feeling pretty good day 4😎

got cleared to be able to take off the bandages of my knee and get a good look at it! here is how my knee is holding up on day 3!!!

Also day 2 was not for the weak at all that day was some intenseeee pain. Day 3 so far not as bad at all just sore, my body still feels very weak from everything and probably not as much fluid or food as i should eat but i will bounce back 🤞🏼
