Any tips for learning guitar with small hands?

Just as the title suggests.
I’m new to guitar and I’m learning on PickupMusic. I recently got to the C Major and G Major chord lesson. The C Major is difficult, but with practice I think I can make it.

G Major is entirely different though. No matter what variation I try, I can’t seem to get it. I always end up with muted strings. It’s a little discouraging, but I really want to keep learning. I know there’s plenty of small handed guitarists, I just can’t figure out how they did it.

I included some reference pics, the second pic isn’t really accurate to me playing but I just wanted to show how it looks. My main problem is my second finger will always lay flat on the other strings, if I bend it then I can’t get to that high E.

Edit:

Thank you to everyone who has genuinely taken the time to give me advice. I really do appreciate everyone who is trying to help.

First, I wasn’t making this post to complain about having small hands or to say that playing this chord is impossible for people with small hands. I know there are plenty of guitarists with small hands who can play it, and I know everyone struggles with guitar at some point.

For me, this chord in particular just feels very unnatural and puts a lot of strain on my hand. As others have mentioned, people with bigger and smaller hands can run into different difficulties when learning guitar. This just happens to be one of mine. I know it’s possible to play, I’m just having a hard time with it right now.

Second, of course I know practice is important, and I practice as much as I can. Before I started using PickupMusic, I had already tried learning this chord through a couple of different YouTube videos. I just want to clarify that I’ve been practicing this chord for a while, not only since yesterday.

The reason I made the post was because my hand always feels strained when I try to play it, and I wanted to see if anyone had any advice that might help.

Third, I expected some rude comments, but I’d really appreciate it if people could just scroll past if they don’t have anything helpful to add. It would be a lie to say it isn’t a little discouraging when I struggle with something no matter how much I practice, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop trying. I’m learning guitar because I enjoy it, and I just wanted some advice from people who have more experience than me.

Thank you again to everyone who has been kind and helpful. I really appreciate it. ♡
