Exercise?

How do y’all incorporate exercise into your schedule? I have PT stretches I should be doing and I want to start lifting weights but like… I’m exhausted man. Some nights I get home at 7pm but then have to wake up at 5:30am so if i want enough sleep to not feel like crap I have to be asleep by 10. So that’s 3 hours.

Do I just have to suck it up and have my life be work exercise sleep?? I know my energy level will go up the more I work out but it’s more the mental overstimulation of being “on” all day and then barely having time to sit in silence to recover. Plus I’ve been working 5 days a week more often than not lately.

A coworker wakes up at 4am every morning to work out but I’m 37 I’m aware of my strengths and 4am is not one of them.

I just need to suck it up don’t I :(

I messaged their customer service about it but I can’t find the order sheet or the emails I’ve exchanged with the rep so that’s cool

The duality of hygiene

I find it funny how one person can say wow you’re so gentle you’re the best hygienist I’ve ever had and then literally the next patient will be like WOW YOURE REALLY DIGGING IN THERE HUH. I’ve also had one person say wow that’s the best local anesthetic experience I’ve ever had and then the next day I had someone who was crying the entire time I was doing it.

It’s been almost 6 years and I’ve finally gotten to a point where stuff like that doesn’t hurt my feelings anymore lol. As long as they don’t leave bad reviews on Google with my name on it they can hate me all they want

You just gotta learn how to let shit go

(I think the buspar is working y’all)
