earlier this morning i got pulled over in west covina because the officer said i was swerving. i got arrested and taken to the station, blew a .11 then was released after he did some paperwork. my car was taken to a lot. i never dealt with this but right now the only thing i know is i have to schedule a dmv hearing asap. what would be my next step? my court date is in September? is this to determine if i’m getting charged or am i charged already? do i need to get a lawyer? i just don’t know what to do 😭😭
