HCG was 3600 on 30.9 and I got the MTX the day after so on 1.10.. Now 5.10 the situation is 7500. Am I fucked? In a sense that now I need the surgery, that I really hoped I don't need to go to?

I am so so scared. I have two sons and no time to be at the hospital. But why god why has the hcg gone up SO MUCH after the shot. 😩 anyone who had similar hcg?
