Material Storage/Organization

Does anyone have any recommendations on how best to store materials and how organize them? Right now I have two very messy boxes, and I’d love to clean it up.

How to lose (or stabilize) weight

TW: mention of previous ED

The past few months I’ve been consistently gaining weight and it’s really getting to me. Every time I accept that I need new clothes that fit me, I go through the struggle of shopping and finding something, and then a month or two later it’s already too tight. I haven’t been eating a ton, if anything I’ve had a decreased appetite. Honestly I would love to lose weight, but if my weight just stabilized so I didn’t keep needing to buy new clothes I would be happy with that. The issue is I don’t know how to make that happen.

I’ve tried light exercising (walking), but some days I can do 1/2 a mile and other days I feel good enough to do over a mile. When I push myself to do over a mile, I feel the repercussions the next day, and I can’t do anything but sleep. I keep reading about calorie deficits, but I’m concerned because I have a history of starving myself. I’m worried that if I start to count calories it will turn into something I can’t manage. My doctor said it was water weight, but it’s not coming off. I don’t know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.
