My kids and I are visiting in the fall (preteens and teen). I am trying to decide the best place to stay. We would like something easily accessible to shops/restaurants by walking or bike. We are looking for a relaxed vibe and being able to ride bikes most places as well as maximize our time at the beach. Which of these 3 options would you suggest - Seagrove, Seacrest, Gulf Place

Are there places that rent kayaks for kayaking in the gulf, not a lake...and are they kid friendly? Recommendations welcome!
