Did they remove blueprints and attack plans from diving rewards?

I returned to the game when the leaders update dropped and haven't gotten a single BP or AP since then. It's been MONTHS, i always pick the deepest treasures with the most question marks with the submarine and have got none since then

What is this garbage?

You're telling me this passive ability is just a circumstantial boost?!

It's only usable if:

  1. It's a temporary gunboat ability event

  2. You intentionally flare her within range of a flamethrower or a cryoneer bunker

  3. The meatshields are down and a shocklauncher is still intact

  4. You stumble upon a base that has the taunt and panic gadgets

  5. You're using dr.vitamin (if he isn't already out of stock) or kavan with the shield

It's so circumstance dependant, and you can't even use a midkit to activate the ability. Is there even a point in upgrading this passive ability?

Is the engraver bugged?

It happened a few times where i get points and quality increases for engravings unrelated to the type of powerstone I'm researching. Just this morning i got that results for triage even though i was researching magma stones
