Hi! I'm new to CAIN and was curious about a few things that I didn't quite understand yet about this Blasphemy.

For Ardence's Inner Furnace:

1.) When / how does the Unstable Power hook fill up? Does it just fill up immediately upon using the passive?

2.) When Inner Furnace increases the CAT of a power, does that also add an extra dice to that roll since your CAT is +2?
