My husband is in so much pain, he cannot stand up straight. Turning is excruciating. He thinks it’s a hip flexor issue.. from kicking out carpets. The excruciating pain came on slow and got worse slowly over the last two weeks.

Does a hip flexor injury come on slow like this? I’m extremely worried about this potentially being a serious injury. We cannot afford this and will lose everything. We are planning on going to the doctor on Monday , but I’m thinking we should go to the ER. Is a hip flexor injury this painful and can they come on so slowly ? Thanks.

At the Chicago show tonight.. I am desperate to know the non strokes song that was played as soon as the band finished and the lights went on. Does anyone know?

Also, it was a great show. At first I was nervous.. it was so loud at the very beginning. But it improved almost immediately .. Great set list, did not expect to hear Ize of the World…

It’s been a while. I wanted to get this as a gift. Is the moissy community still singing its kuololit praises? Is the five stone these days sturdy enough? I plan to get a 10k and also might need to resize later since it’s a gift…not sure if tariffs may have changed anything?
