"Denied" IDR application after recertification due to losing PFH. Now it shows I have no payment due. What should I do?

I know I am not the only one this is happening to. I have Edfinancial, I applied for recertification of my IDR plan (have always been on PAYE) but I no longer have a partial financial hardship. I knew this would be the case and expect to have my payment set at the standard 10 year amount. I have 17 payment sleft.

I received a letter from Edfinancial saying I was denied IDR because my income was too high, but now my payment due shows $0.00. I do not want to lose months to forbearance or whatever they are doing in the meantime. What should I do?

Is this a real copyright violation notice from TikTok?

I get emails like this often that seem like scams, but this being from an actual @tiktok.com email makes me wonder. I do not see any type of notifications or violation in the app, my account status says healthy. Thank you!
