My partner found this at a Crystal shop over a year ago and is very attached to it. I am sensitive and immediately did not like the vibe, but because they love it so much and it was their birthday I just expressed my feelings but didn’t push too much. But it gives me the creeps and I really don’t like it being in our home. And any time I bring up how it makes me feel, they get very defensive and say they love it and love its energy.

This morning when I got up, it was facing up and to the left. This is not how it was placed on the shelf. It was facing forward and upright vertically. I sent them this picture and expressed my concerns and they told me it falls down a lot and they think it’s the A/C. I didn’t realize it was falling down a lot, and brought up that the A/C vent is pretty far away from it and not pointing that direction. But they are adamant that that’s all there is to it.

Other info that may be helpful: the shopkeeper at the place they bought it said it was carved by a local artist and had been sitting on the shelf for decades, longer than most inventory there.

Am I being paranoid? Does anyone have advice for how to tell if it’s haunted and what to do if so, or if I’m just creeped out by the appearance?
