Having zero symptoms but taking a test because “some people don’t have symptoms”

Curious if anyone in a US big4 client serving role has ever taken a sabbatical from work? Feeling very burnt out and besides the paid paternal leave, I personally don’t know anyone that’s just taken an extended leave (even unpaid). If you did take one, could you please share your level at time of sabbatical + length of time?
Note, recognize this may not be the ideal environment for one (e.g., recent posts about layoffs), so I am sensitive to those that are just happy to still be employed. More so just curious if in “good” times this is something people have successfully had, because I need something to maybe shine a bit of hope in this dark tunnel 😅
