I’m so confused about my result

I got A1 with 84% (worth 50% unit), however, my final overall result on 44 which I failed the unit.

The exam is worth 50%, there is no way that I can review my work. I have applied for reviewing my exam.

Is there any mistake that they made it? Also I checked turnitin and it’s only 6%.

Please give me some advice 😭
