rehoming my Siamese

Hello,
I am looking to rehome my two sweet girls to a very loving, enriching, and peaceful home. Or a long foster, close to a year.
I am experiencing some severe mental health issues and am suicidal. The last thing I want to do is abandon them, but I don't see myself living much longer, to be fully transparent. I am going to a treatment center this week, and am running out of time to rehome them. I have had an adoption profile up online but have not found a home that gives them safe outdoor access. They cannot free roam.
I'm located in Washington state but would be open to transport them to the right home via airplane travel.
I feel like I am looking for a miracle, needle in a haystack type of home, given that they will need a safe place to go outside, and to be fed a wet food only diet.
They are both harness trained and spend about 2-3 hours a day outside with me on their harnesses, so they would not be happy going to a home without outdoor access.
I want them to have the best life imaginable and am hoping the right person sees this. It is utterly gut wrenching to leave them and to not be by their side while the rest of their life unfolds, so I am hoping to find a home where I can get the best, clearest picture of what their future will be.
Uggie (seal point) is 11 months old. She is happiest chasing bugs, sniffling and zooming around the yard, and snuggling. She's a somewhat cautious explorer outside, and prefers to stay in a smaller radius, just sniffing around and bug hunting. She gives very good hugs, and likes to be baby talked to when she climbs in my arms for them. She wags her excited tail back and forth, kind of like a dog, while head-butting my head.
It's very precious and I'm going to miss this with all my heart. She seeks me out when it's naptime to get me to lay down in our spot to snuggle.
Suki is my sensitive girl. She has the sweetest, most sensitive heart, and will need some time to blossom in her new home. She has an anxious disposition around strangers, but when she gets to know someone, is very loyal and attached. She also seeks me out whenever she is ready to sleep and likes me to lift the sheets for her so she can sleep in a fort.
She is very sensitive to tone of voice and human emotions, and will need to be in a home with very gentle, warm, observant, and sensitive humans.
A home where they're allowed on every surface- beds at night, kitchen counters, etc, anywhere that is safe for them to be, is what I would like for them. They're used to being by me and inspecting everything I do, my little buddies. I'm looking for a home that will continue this level of companionship.
Thank you for reading this, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
