What’s wrong with my aloe barbadensis?

I’ve had this aloe for about 2 months now. I used to keep it outside on my east facing balcony but brought it inside under 144W of light 12 hours a day and I water it every 3 weeks to a month. I noticed the tips browning in the past few weeks and it seems to have slowed/stopped but the overall color seems off. I’m pretty new to plants and open to any advice! I also added some pics; 1st is a few weeks after I got it (it was still outdoors), a few weeks after I brought it indoors, and now :(. Someone suggested I may need to increase watering since my apartment is very dry. Help 😭

Is disease spreading on my aloe leaves?

I bought this aloe barbadensis millet from a nursery a little over a month ago and it had an orange leaf when I got it. I noticed the surrounding leaves were practically spotless and I was told to just clip the orange leaf once it dried out. The first pic is about a week or so before I cut the orange leaf and you can see the leaf next to it showing some damage that wasn’t there before. 2nd pic is the same ‘somewhat damaged’ leaf about a week after cutting the orange leaf next to it and you can see the damage has progressed. I also think the white stuff is just mineral deposits from rinsing the plant with hard water. I’m new to plant life and I’m not sure if this is normal cosmetic damage or a sign of disease spread. In terms of care I water once the soil is fully dried out about every 3 weeks and I have it indoors under 2 72W grow lights for about 12 hours a day.
