Hello. So, I first played Civ 3 over 20 years ago (no expansion) and I distinctly remember that the AI civs eventually stopped building cities, even if most of the map was empty. But now, with this "new" expansion, besides other questionable updates, I've seen that the AI just doesn't stop building cities. Even in huge maps, they can take entire continents if left unchecked, as well as build TONS of units (both things extremely annoying).

So, how can that be avoided or stopped through the editor? It seems to me it has something to do with lower corruption in the newest version, but not sure. Thanks.
