In the support channel it tells you where to go to change your birthdate. So my profile shows correctly but under Personal Data it shows the date off by a day like many of you. Will I be able to get my accreditation?
My appointment was cancelled with the signup now gone from the dashboard. Anyone still have it? I'm out of town so trying to schedule the same day as on site training.
The system now allows you to withdrawl from sessions and add different ones. Till now it would say you could not withdrawl from a session because it would put you under the minimum required shifts but it allowed me to do so today. Philly Access Mgt volunteer here.
