I'v been playing million lords for the last week and game looks good so far.

in the last 4 days I'v been facing an issue where I can't attack neutral cities , each time i try to attack a city I get this message
> you exceeded today's neutral and abandoned cities limitation. it's time for you to expand your kingdom by attacking other lords.

My question here:

• Why am I seeing the error above even though I didn't attack any neutral city for more than 4 days?
• What is the daily limits on the number of neutral city you can attack ?
• Any other limitations on attacking neutral city other than daily limit ?
