Hello! I am 19 years old, located in New Mexico, and I do art commissions for pocket change through Etsy. I do not work outside of freelance currently as I am attending college full-time. I am filed as a dependent under my parents. I usually make less than $500 a year, but after raising my prices, I have made $420 so far through Etsy.

At what point does my income become taxable?
