4+ YOE ABAP dev at a govt PSU, struggling to land private-sector interviews

Background: 4+ years at NTPC Limited (govt PSU) across SAP ABAP, UI5/Fiori, OData, and SAP XI/PI. Built RPA automation that cut a full-day process to a few hours, Fiori HR self-service apps, and migrated Web Dynpro to UI5 for S/4HANA readiness.

The gap: everything's on ECC, "S/4HANA readiness" is as close as I've gotten, no hands-on CDS/RAP/BTP, and no formal SAP certification.

Applying to private companies for a few weeks now, getting recruiter screens but no real interviews.

Would appreciate advice: is it the missing S/4HANA/CDS/RAP/BTP exposure, the lack of certification, how I'm framing PSU experience, or something else entirely that's likely holding back the interview conversion, and what would you prioritize fixing first?

Thanks in advance.
