What does your programming currently look like?

I’m pretty new to kettlebell training, and compared to other strength training I’ve done in the past, I’m amazed to see such variation in programming etc.

It might just be the instagramability aspect of kettlebell training, but it seems there’s a diverse range of different goals, methods and so on.

So I’m really interested, what is YOUR programming, right now? Ideally, what does a week of training look like? What else are you doing as well? How long have you been training?

Looking for some ideas and inspiration.
