How to access Spotify For Artists?

I've just asked my distributor whether it's possible to get access to Spotify For Artists before my first release goes live. They said no, which I was half expecting.

What surprised me is that they said Spotify requests labels/artists to have 3 tracks/products online on their platform to request access to Spotify for Artists. Can anybody confirm this? I'm hoping that if not for the first track, at least for the second track I would be able to gain access to Spotify For Artists. For the pitching abilities, adding "Canvases" to tracks, and just setting up basic stuff like artist image.

Large fit?

Just bought a pair of flip-flops from Olukai after not having worn flip-flops for several years, so I forgot what they’re supposed to feel like. Judging by the photos, would you say that these are too large? With each step I take the backside falls off from my heel, which is not a great sensation, but I forgot if that is just part and parcel of flip-flops! I wear EU size 44.5, so got size 45 as they don’t seem to make half sizes. Thanks in advance
