We are hiring a full-time virtual receptionist/customer service representative to answer phones and manage faxes for a busy doctor’s office in the United States.

This is a long-term, stable work-from-home position for someone who speaks excellent English and is highly professional on the phone.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls for a medical office
• Route calls and take messages
• Handle incoming faxes and basic office communication
• Answer occasional calls for one additional company (low call volume)

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English (VERY important)
• Clear, professional phone voice
• Friendly and polite personality
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently from home
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (USA)
• Weekends OFF

Pay:

• Approximately $1,000 USD per month
