How does the card work? I can’t do anything

How does the card work? I can’t do anything

I‘ve applied for the card some months ago and everything was OK. Now I didn’t use the card for a few months and didn’t put any funds on it either but now when I open the card in Meta Mask all i get is this? I can’t do anything. I can’t manage the card. I can’t look up the card number etc.

How can I manage the card? Is this what it is supposed to look like on iPhone?

I have all the latest updates.

I don’t think I have to have funds on the card to be able to look up card number, freeze functionality or anything??

I just can’t do anything.

Anyone knows what happened to u/jamespunk

Hey! I remember the monthly updates from u/jamespunk who kept stacking €500 worth of Bitcoin each month since 2017.

Reddit posts discontinued in 2024, and the blog is no longer maintained:

Please let me know if he's managed to retire early! I'd be so happy for him.

Can anyone explain the new fees?

Kraken Pro user from the EU here. I heard that Kraken is going to up their fees once again, I somehow can’t find serious information about it.

Can you point me towards a reliable source or explain what will change for EU investors using spot only?

Ridiculous fees force me to leave…

Hey u/bybit_eu

First of all, I appreciate that you’ve expanded into Austria, obtained a MiCAR license, and now offer tax-compliant (“steuereinfach”) crypto trading for Austrian customers.

That said, your fees are simply unreasonable. A 0.25% taker fee is significantly higher than what most competing exchanges charge. On top of that, charging a flat €5.50 plus 0.08% for a SEPA fiat withdrawal is excessive. Are you serious? That’s around five times more than many other exchanges charge for the same service.

Now that you’ve also reduced the crypto cashback on your debit card, you’ve removed yet another reason to stay. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to justify using your platform, and it feels like it’s time to move to another exchange within the EU.

Time and again, you make decisions that are worse for your customers, and you keep repeating the same mistakes.

Why? Do you simply not care about your users?
