paying handsomely for a builder

hello! i'm looking for a builder to make the four seasons houses (tourist attraction in ca) as part of an existing plot.

payment would be in bloxburg cash, i have 900k and will work for more, can pay flexibly as parts of the house are finished. i've never hired anyone before lol (as a warning, this was too hard for me..) perhaps around 100k, 200k total payment? very flexible, all i care about is the level of execution and detail and faithfulness to the images. i have all gamepasses to be used at your leisure.

in desperate need of class help

before i do something stupid. i have 577 diamonds approaching 600, and i need help choosing a class. for background, i have been obsessed with bgh since the beginning of my game, but my goal with this purchase is to basically not regret it and stay with it forever (i am a casual player so id probably never have enough time to get another 600 diamonds)

almost never play solo, usually duo, sometimes trio. previous classes were gambler and longtime alien. ive never learned how to kite, willing to learn, but am decent at switching between ranged weapons. 737 max days but in my opinion hot take people with 200-1000 days have pretty much the same skill level

i am willing to play long games (think 200+) or short, but realistically most of my games are short due to partners leaving or irl time constraints

cyborg - obv community favorite, tried it out during this alien event and i was so pissed by its slow reload (i can see why it is op for a group though despite it feeling slow) and im not hooked on it

pyro - never really considered this

bgh - once again longtime fan, the pelt list seems op. somewhat greedy, but what can i say im a bum. finding rifle ammo seems like an onus tho. and i probably have to learn how to kite. and its definitely a powerful class later on but early game..

gunslinger - never really considered this

necromancer - never really considered this

vampire - i hear lots of good things about this too, i dont really know much about it though and the communities opinion of it as compared to cyborg. the forgiveness is appealing

alien scientist - lots of mixed reviews on here, dont know enough about it but am considering

any insights would be appreciated & i can provide additional info. longtime lurker, thank you all so much!
