There is excessive crank case pressure in this 2011 fiat 500 0.9 TwinAir!

I've never owned one before, but this looks bad to me! Sounds rough too.

I looked on google and some forums said this is normal because of the 2 cylinder engine, but I'm not convinced.

Any experts out there?
