Absolutely loved making these for my baby! I did the GSR heel instead of the pattern and my preferred toe on the toddlers socks and it worked great. I did for a size 8 toddler shoe 44 stitches, increased 4 in the inc row to get a multiple of 12, on US0s
It was a good pick for my first colorwork! Ironically, I think I did the first with way too loose tension that wasn’t necessary after going to US 1.5 (normally I knit socks on US 0) plus the additional stitches for the leg and foot.
I really liked this Kiss a Frog pattern by stone knits but mostly for the stitch count, inc/dec instructions and obviously the chart. I dislike significantly the heel and toe construction. Now I know for next time
