Are all non-1st trade editions considered BCE (Revised Gunslinger and uncut Stand aside)?

Not often do fiction writers put out 2nd, 3rd editions; and in the case of King, I can think of the revised Gunslinger and the uncut Stand as "2nd editions", but would all other hardcovers out there just be various printings of BCE; or do they have to be issued by book clubs for that title? Like when you go to the thrift store and find a random King hardcover with no 1st edition identifiers, and also no book club references, what are these?

I recently found a gorgeous UK 1st edition 1st printing (1980) of Unfinished Tales on my local FB marketplace. It's in immaculate condition and was very affordable!
