Udemy SQL

Last year I failed database management and have to retake it to finish my program. I found SQL to be very challenging, and my school has limited tutoring. If any of you have recommendations for a very beginner-friendly, easy-to-understand course I can purchase through Udemy, I would appreciate it. I've had some good experiences with learning from Udemy because it is broken down into smaller steps and explained differently.

Some tips and insight on my first IT interview

I have two more courses until I graduate with my associate's in secure systems administration. I originally started the program in 2022, but life happened (job loss, housing instability, and relocation), so it has taken a lot longer to complete. I wasn't able to secure an internship, so I was surprised that a few days after applying for this help desk position, a virtual interview was requested.

If you have any pointers and advice on making a good impression for this interview, I could really use it. I'm in my late thirties, and I've never held an IT position, and I can't help but say to myself, "What the heck are you thinking? This is a bad idea." I feel like a huge imposter. However, since 2019, I've worked in call center environments where there is some light technical assistance and, of course, lots of customer service. So I do plan to play up those skills. I'm just really nervous when it comes to actually explaining complex technical issues. My schooling has been sporadic, so I don't remember much about the projects I did.

Here is the job description. What kind of questions or scenarios will I likely be asked?
