Keep getting rejected no matter what

Idk what it is anymore I've applied to countless jobs this year and almost immediately I get rejected, even from entry level positions???? Is anyone actually hiring employees in the year 2026???? I'm starting to think its me, but my resume is near perfect and i even have experience to boot. Just what is it???
