Hey guys,
I have a home gym setup with a barbell/dumbbell set (adjustable up to 70 kg max), a flat bench (the height isn't adjustable, so I sometimes prop it up with books, but it's annoying so I prefer not to), and a bicep curl bar (EZ bar).
Due to my busy work schedule, I decided to go with an Upper/Lower split. I watched a bunch of videos and adapted some of the movements to fit my available equipment. I usually structure my sets as 50%, 80%, and then 100% (to failure).
My stats: 63 kg, 172 cm. I'm not overweight, but I have a low amount of muscle mass.
I would love to get your feedback and advice on this! I’m adding the photos of my two Upper days and one Lower day.
