Deadass ragebait. They'll do anything other than actually try to put these measures in place and make sure that employees feel safe mentally and physically in their workplace. At this point it just seems performative.

Same old 9-5 energy with the work until the candle burns out mentality meanwhile our best people leave the system or get poached by other industries.
