Made a micro jerkbait/twitchbait and took it out for a test

This is the smallest lure I've made so far. The action didn't turn out quite as stable as I was hoping, but it was still very fishable and the perch seemed to like it.

I even managed to catch a common bleak on it, which I definitely wasn't expecting.

Does anyone have any idea when and where this was made? Found this when looking around in my basement (in Estonia). The "Coca-Cola" letters are raised up from the rest of this poster. The poster seems to be glued onto this wooden frame. The back has no markings.
