System sending to grid instead of battery?

System sending to grid instead of battery?

Battery is at 89% but the system is sending back to the grid? Any idea why? This is the first time in 5 years this is happening..

Powerwall+: Scheduling on-site service ?

Recently I noticed that the Tesla app would show zero solar generation (often between 11:00AM and 2:00 PM). The “outage” would last about 5-10 minutes and then things would go back to normal. I have an automation using the Tesla Fleet API and another one to the Powerwall itself over a LAN connection. I set up an alert to send me an email when the solar generation dropped to zero and it was between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Yesterday that happened 5 times and I was able to talk with Tesla Support (AI agent and a human agent!) and provide them with the exact times this happened. The human confirmed that an on site service would be required (coolant/refrigerant was low???). Got the email and the in app notification that I should schedule a service but there does not appear to be a way to do that in the app (the email link goes nowhere). Called back today and another human said that it can take up to 2 days for the scheduling team to call me and there was no way to do it on line (apparently its an “off line” team). Has anyone else had this experience? How long do I have to wait? Also, does the coolant/refrigerant top up seem the right diagnosis? My solar generation is below what it was last year at this time and I’m hoping that it’s not a system failure. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
