[12 YOE] Engineering Manager - Looking for feedback on my resume, am I qualified as an EM with my achievements?
Hi, for my last job, I was hired by a big tech to lead a post m&a integration for one of their subsidiaries. I began as their tech lead and basically head of engineering of the company, I eventually took up work of EM but never got the official title. Because the company had a 14-year-old legacy codebase, there were lots of improvements to make to help with the business. With what I achieved there, I believe my next role should be EM positions. Hope to get some comments on my experience and what roles I should apply next.
