I did not read the email carefully when the result was announced, but yesterday I opened the email again and read about bank details, but there is no option for filling the details in the website now.

Is it necessary to fill those details?if yes, I will be mailing the authorities

Or can i report to the AFSB and provide passbook and ticket copy there?
