I moved here in Vienna two months ago for study. I am facing trouble to hangout with locals here. I don't know much about Europe culture like how to get close or how to communicate well to get friends . The main thing I experienced is the language barrier of German. Any advice to start with social media or anything else?

If there are any girls who love to speak and spend time well, can be helpful for me to explore more the culture and city.
