Alternate GDS Systems
Hi travel agents!! My team is currently exploring moving away from our existing GDS booking platform (Sabre Red) in search of something faster, more efficient, and reliable.
We continually experience issues with logging us out with less than 5 minutes of non activity on the platform causing us to revalidate our logins which slows down our process drastically. It will also sign me out mid accounting or updating a profile etc. We experience long login times (up to 5 minutes) to get back into the platform. The scripts often “break” forcing us to restart to get them working again. I understand that this is a global issue among agents (verified across 20 different agencies using Sabre Red).
I’d love to hear what platform you currently use or have worked with in the past, and what your experience has been like. Any recommendations, feedback, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!
