I recently graduated from a top U.S. Master’s program and am currently on F-1 OPT with STEM eligibility. I have several years of professional experience in finance/investment management and am currently working part-time with an early-stage AI startup.
Given how difficult employer sponsorship has become, I’m trying to understand what realistic options I may have outside of the traditional H-1B route.
What are my realistic chances of qualifying for an O-1A or EB-2 NIW? Would graduating from a top program, having several years of professional experience, and working with an AI startup give me a reasonable foundation, or would I need significantly more accomplishments/recognition first?

I have my SPL on-site interview in the next few weeks at Mercor. Does anyone have insights into what types of questions are asked or how to best prepare for the workshops?

BCG Northeast conducted final round interviews on June 5th. Just wondering if anyone knows when candidates will hear back or if candidates have heard back already
