Itchy lumps at injection site
I’ve been on TRT for around 10 weeks now. Test C 125mg sub q twice per week. Mixed with MCT oil.
The first 6 weeks or so were fine. Mild improvement in symptoms and feeling good. No side effects.
After 6 weeks I added HCG as was initially prescribed by the clinic.
From approximately this point I started developing a reaction to the Test C injections. The HCG injections are fine.
I get hard itchy lumps which develop over the course of 1-4 days post injection. They do go away, but they are quite annoying and I usually have 2 at any given point in time.
I feel like they are getting worse/larger. They can cover an area like two 20c coins.
I have tried varying the injection site, but it’s all around my love handles and midsection as that’s where I have almost all of my fat.
I have tried warming the needle and injecting very slowly.
Nothing is helping.
Of course I will reach out to the clinic next, but wanted to get some anecdotal advice first.
Has anyone had this happen?
Am I likely to need to change to a different test, carrier oil or injection method?
