In terms of Legendary cards, can they be pulled at all in coin packs or are they locked to diamond/£££?

What changes would you like to see in MM27?
For me, the biggest QOL change would be to call audibles at the line. Similar to PA events. So many times I’ve looked a defence and think, well this plays getting blown up.
