A user is having issues getting the app to open. Running it as admin worked but is not a solution. Have made the user a local admin to test, this still doesn't open the app. Now running it as admin doesn't work either. Its on the latest version as I did the update while running as admin.

Would prefer not to have to reinstall the laptop for the sake of one app!
