Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I think this could benefit all monolid girlies — How does one with monolids achieve a stronger make up look?

I find that my monolids "swallow" all the eye shadow/eye liner that I apply. I also have low contrast features so a lot of makeup look like basically nothing on my face.

I've seen different styles like fox style, rabbit style, cat style, how do you know which style applies best for you?

Ive attached photos of my eyes to give a sense of how monolithic my eyes are. The first picture is without makeup, the second is with eyeliner only.
