Some of you have asked me all about my healed tattoos (you can still find plenty of them on my Instagram). I know that many of them are far from perfect, and looking back, I would have done things differently to make them more durable, but with every tattoo I do, day after day, I try to apply the new skills I’m learning (something you never stop doing on the path of tattooing) to ensure the best results over time!

Above all, this is also a reminder that tattoos are worn by PEOPLE, and the most important thing is to take care of them and make sure they’re happy. A lot can go wrong during the healing process, but most of the time it’s the tattoo artist’s fault (many issues, like infections, can be prevented by understanding the skin), and it’s not fair to blame the client. Tattoo artists make mistakes too—it’s okay—but you should never abandon the client during the process! Go over whatever needs to be retouched up, apologize, and try to do better next time!🫶
